First Class Session Attendance Policy
A faculty member may reassign a registered student’s seat in a class if the student does not attend the first class session and neglects to inform the faculty member in advance. The student is responsible for any financial consequence if they do not officially drop their course(s) before the end of the 100% refund period. (Please see "Detailed Term Calendars" on Academic Calendar website for drop and withdrawal dates)
The University does not drop students from their classes due to non-attendance.
A student who does not officially drop/withdraw from the course will receive a failing grade at the end of the semester.
